To prepare for your healing please follow these guidelines for at least one week prior to your retreat and also one week afterwards. The more effort and intention you put into your process now the better it will be for you.
 
Diet:
No red meat. No pork.  Limit your salt, sugar and oil to as little as possible. None is best. If you use oil use olive or Coco. No spicy foods. 
 
Substances: 
No chemicals, drugs, or medications legal or illegal. No other plant medicines. No alcohol. 
 
No sex, personal or shared with a partner. Sex is a beautiful sacred act but you need to preserve that energy for your process. 
 
If you have any practices such as meditation, yoga etc please connect with them as much as possible now so you can be as centered as possible to enter your process. If you do not have practices, that's ok, but please give yourself some alone time to really focus on your intentions, what you would like to get out of this and why you are being called to do it. This is important. 
 
Please take all of this as seriously as you can so we can get you the best results possible. We want the best for you!

The meeting place for your pickup is the statue in the middle of the Cusco airport parking lot. Pickup is at 10:30 am the day your retreat starts. This is the only pickup option that is included. We meet at the airport as it is an easy place to get to that every taxi knows. Cusco streets can be messy so individual pickups are not an option.  If you have a special circumstance please contact us.
